- Yes, the platform has a responsive design and adapts to the device. However, you must take into account the system requirements explained in point 2.
- If you take the training from a mobile device or tablet, we recommend using Puffin Web Browser as the default browser so that you can access Flash content.
In the welcome email you receive when enrolling in the course, you are provided with a password. If you decide to change it, log in to the Campus, go to “My profile” and at the bottom of the “Profile” tab you will find a button that allows you to make the change.
When accessing the “Content” section of the course, an index of contents will appear. Clicking on any of the sections should open a new window (Course Player) where the content corresponding to the module or learning unit should load.
It may happen that the first time you access the Campus, the “Course Player” does not open because it is a pop-up window and, by default, all browsers block pop-ups from any website you visit for the first time. It may also be that you have installed a toolbar in your browser, such as the Google or Yahoo toolbar, and that this toolbar is blocking pop-ups.
In either case, you need to configure your browser or the installed toolbar to allow pop-up windows. The steps to configure the browser to allow pop-ups launched from the Campus may vary depending on the browser.
For this reason, below are links explaining how to allow pop-ups in different browsers.
